This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled by Campaign Dept LLC.
Subscription Services
Campaign Dept provides services on a subscription basis. Subscriptions may be canceled according to the terms agreed upon at signup or in a separate agreement.
Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services by providing written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Services will continue through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Payments for services already rendered or currently in progress are non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are issued at the sole discretion of Campaign Dept and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Disputes
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.
